  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 2+ years of data analysis experience, preferably in the healthcare or insurance industry with provider information systems
  • Excellent writing skills
  • Microsoft Excel (data manipulation)
Responsibilities
  • Maintain spreadsheets and collect, track, prepare, compile, and distribute statistical data for daily, weekly and monthly reports
  • Analyze reports to determine if data is accurate or requires modification
  • Manipulate existing data, edit current information and validate new entries in database for accuracy
  • Maintain and update the organization's provider data applications and coordinate the data verification process for enrolled providers
  • Update the organization's Provider Data applications
  • Resolve complex provider data issues
  • Assist with Provider projects to meet Service Level Agreement targets
  • Ability to work weekends and overtime as required
