Requirements
  • A higher-education qualification at Bac+5 level or equivalent in Quality, Food Science, or Process Engineering.
  • Confirmed experience as a Quality Manager at an industrial food-production site.
  • Strong command of quality management systems, HACCP, audits, nonconformity management, and customer requirements.
  • Successful experience managing a team.
  • A continuous-improvement culture and experience managing through performance indicators.
  • Proximity-management capability, with the ability to unite teams around a quality culture.
  • Ability to support operational teams and work cross-functionally.
  • Pragmatic, demanding, solution-oriented, responsive, and comfortable in demanding industrial environments.
  • Ability to make proposals and drive continuous-improvement initiatives.
Responsibilities
  • Lead the site's Quality management system and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, quality standards, and customer specifications.
  • Ensure food safety through HACCP control, risk management, process compliance, and adherence to good manufacturing practices.
  • Manage quality performance through indicator tracking, nonconformity management, customer complaints, audits, action plans, and continuous improvement.
  • Supervise and develop a team of nine employees, including quality coordinators and laboratory technicians, by supporting skills development, accountability, and a site-wide quality culture.
  • Support operational teams in industrial projects, provide quality expertise, and act as a close partner to the site's departments.
  • Lead Environment and Sustainable Development initiatives, ensuring regulatory compliance and deployment of Group commitments.
  • Contribute to site strategy as a member of the Management Committee and participate in the plant's strategic projects.
