Requirements
  • A bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Operations Management, or a related field is required.
  • Three to five or more years of experience in asset management, fleet management, operations, or logistics is required.
  • Strong knowledge of asset lifecycle management, maintenance programs, and compliance is required.
  • Experience using asset management or fleet tracking systems is required.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills are required.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and influence stakeholders at multiple levels is required.
  • Willingness and ability to travel frequently to support multiple locations is required.
Responsibilities
  • Manage the full lifecycle of mobile assets from acquisition through retirement.
  • Coordinate procurement, vendor relationships, and equipment contract terms.
  • Track asset utilization, performance, location, warranty, and depreciation.
  • Optimize asset availability and identify cost-saving opportunities.
  • Partner with Operations, Fleet, Finance, and Safety teams to support business needs.
  • Prepare budgets and forecasts, and report on asset performance and lifecycle costs.
  • Support process improvements and special projects related to asset sustainability and efficiency.
