  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • 4+ years in Call Center Service; Client Advocacy or Account Management experience preferred
  • 2+ years of Sales, financial or banking sectors, or home improvement experience preferred
  • Excellent verbal, written, and listening skills
  • Spanish bilingual preferred
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products

Responsibilities
  • Receive calls from clients to source needs related to 360 platform programs
  • Research inbound requests to enhance client relationships
  • Listen to customer concerns, solve problems, and find resolutions
  • Conduct outbound follow up and engage internal departments
  • Ensure positive client experience with the company
  • Build strong working relationships to support client needs
  • Complete required paperwork and documentation
  • Handle complex complaints and escalate when necessary
  • Adhere to company compliance rules and regulations
  • Cross-train on additional skills to increase financing-brokered originations
