Roles and Responsibilities:
- Product Strategy
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners to generate ideas, scope product features, and develop strategies that support customer needs
- Set the product vision in alignment with business goals
- Define and align the roadmap for our first-party digital experiences
- Set KPIs as leading indicators for first-party sales and measure progress towards goals
- Identify long-term channel opportunities based on research, analysis, and a strategic view of the direction of the market to create a compelling guest experience that further differentiates Firehouse from others in the market
- Define organization requirements and structure to drive towards our goals
- Establish a test and learn agenda using A/B testing tools for ongoing, data driven optimizations
- Project Management and Collaboration
- Provide updates to senior leadership, including the Brand President, on a regular cadence of progress on KPIs and roadmap development
- Work with our restaurant tech & engineering partners to scope quality products or features on an aligned schedule
- Communicate the value proposition of new products to all go-to-market teams and ensure that support materials and packages are created for the Field teams and our Franchisee partners
- Partner with marketing and operations to ensure products deliver an on-brand omni-channel guest experience.
- Support national promotions and menu initiatives to ensure seamless digital vs. in-restaurant ordering experiences
- Team Leadership
- Build a product organization to deliver results and develop junior product managers
- Promote a culture of data-driven + agile decision making
- Be accountable for the craftsmanship of the experiences developed.
Required Skills:
- 5+ years of product management experience working on large scale consumer facing products and services delivering best-in-class e-commerce experiences
- Experience building and managing product teams
- Passion for mentorship, coaching, and leadership
- Impeccable organizational and project management skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills adapted for audiences from technical to non-technical partners
- Experience in QSR, Retail or other consumer-facing, e-commerce experiences preferred
- Technical skills in mobile or web-based technologies preferred
- Manage product development priorities through the lens of key business goals
- Ability to operate effectively in both tactical and strategic capacities
- Results-driven with bias for action and commitment to excellence.
