- Plan meetings and take detailed minutes.
- Write and distribute emails to the entire team as needed.
- Greet and assist patients and visitors professionally and courteously.
- Act as a point of contact for internal and external clients.
- Provide general support to visitors.
- Support the nurse manager, pharmacy manager, and operations director with office-related tasks as requested.
- Assist executive assistants with assigned tasks, including on-site visits by the executive team.
- Train new staff on the use of basic office equipment, including the phone system, copier, and postage machine.
- An associate degree or certification in office administration is preferred.
- Experience working for a specialty infusion pharmacy is preferred.
- Experience in office management is preferred.
- Knowledge of Outlook, Paylocity, CPR+, Alayacare, and Insight is preferred.
