Requirements
  • A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a relevant combination of education and experience.
  • 0–2 years of software engineering experience focused on data science, artificial intelligence, or machine learning concepts.
  • 1–2 years of industry experience in Applied Artificial Intelligence and/or Machine Learning.
  • 1–3 years of experience delivering or implementing enterprise software solutions in Financial Planning and Analysis, Corporate Performance Management, Enterprise Performance Management, or data and artificial intelligence platforms, including at least one year in customer-facing build roles.
  • Demonstrated success contributing to proofs of concept or early implementations that transitioned to scaled rollout or productized assets.
  • Strong SQL, data modeling, extract-transform-load or extract-load-transform processes, REST APIs, and identity and security fundamentals.
  • Experience with Python and/or C#, automation, and packaging.
  • Experience producing insightful data visualizations of complex concepts and datasets.
  • Ability to translate complex technical concepts into business value for finance stakeholders.
  • Depth in one or more areas such as forecasting, large language model applications, or Corporate Performance Management modeling, with breadth across data, integrations, and platform operations.
  • A hypothesis-driven approach, comfort operating with ambiguity, and strong documentation and diagramming habits.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Delivery, Customer Success, Presales, and Partners, and to give and receive design feedback.
  • Ability to design for reuse, produce adoptable assets, and contribute to internal standards.
  • Ability to apply data privacy and governance guidelines in solution design.
  • Ability to engage with and present to management-level executives.
Responsibilities
  • Apply OneStream, artificial intelligence, and enterprise software expertise to help customers deliver AI solutions within the OneStream ecosystem.
  • Deliver hands-on AI-focused implementations, expansion projects, and established deployments.
  • Interact, collaborate, and present to developers, sponsors, and executives to deliver AI-focused implementations.
  • Orchestrate the SensibleAI Portfolio, including Forecast, Studio, and Agents, with the OneStream core platform to deliver modular solutions for complex financial and analytics requirements.
  • Produce reusable demos, implementations, checklists, workflows, best practices, and concise instructional videos for Presales, Delivery, Partners, and customers.
  • Diagnose and resolve AI solution field issues, document decisions and trade-offs, and support Delivery and Partner teams with structured guidance.
  • Collaborate with AI Delivery to harden solutions for production and with AI Engineering to communicate learnings and product gaps for roadmap development.
  • Engage directly with finance and data teams, work with partner Forward Deployed Engineers, and facilitate workshops and office hours.
Desired Qualifications

  • Direct experience with OneStream implementations or building Genesis Blocks or Marketplace content.
  • Direct experience in a prior Forward Deployed Engineering role.
