  • BA/BS degree in finance, accounting or related field.
  • 8+ years of directly applicable experience with time spent in FP&A, preferably in a high-growth and fast-paced start-up environment managing full P&L
  • Advanced Excel and financial modeling experience
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with a track record of breaking down complex issues into actionable plans
  • Proven ability to collaborate and build relationships at all levels of the organization.
Responsibilities
  • Develop and manage the monthly, quarterly, and annual FP&A processes, including management reporting, variance analysis, forecasting, and scenario planning.
  • Build and maintain the underlying forecasting models based on the drivers of the business.
  • Develop dashboards to track key performance metrics and monitor business performance. Provide management with insights into drivers of revenue and expenses, as well as risks and opportunities.
  • Lead strategic projects and support senior leadership on ad hoc research and analysis.
  • Beyond budgeting and planning, act as a thought leader, partnering with stakeholders to drive operational efficiencies while supporting company growth.
  • Partner with the Sales & Marketing to support execution of their strategy, including pricing and packaging, resource planning, and ROI analysis.
  • Collaborate with Accounting to ensure data accuracy and consistency as well as develop and implement financial management policies.
