Requirements
  • Minimum of 12+ years as a People Business partner or equivalent, and at least 3 years' experience leading a People Business Partner team across the EMEA region, preferably in a high growth company
  • A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business or any similar combination of education and experience in a fast growing, international environment dealing with complex business and talent issues
  • Proven ability to translate business/organizational challenges into talent solutions
  • Strong business and financial acumen, understanding the business and financial performance
  • Demonstrated agility in a constantly changing environment and ability to cultivate strong relationships globally
  • Ability to lead with data insights
  • Excellent project management and change leadership skills
  • Capable and confident communicator with very strong personal presence
  • Exceptional consulting, coaching and facilitation skills
Responsibilities
  • Lead, inspire and develop a high-performing team of People Business Partners who manage and cover 30+ countries
  • Partner with EMEA and other regional People/COE and Functional leaders on cross-functional strategies and objectives
  • Develop and evolve a proactive talent strategy, as Nutanix is in the midst of an ambitious transformation to a subscription business model, while continuing to innovate in the hybrid cloud and multi cloud areas and scale out our business
  • Play a key role in change management across the organization, including in defining Nutanix's vision for the Future of Work and executing it
  • Lead the translation of business strategies, objectives and challenges into the appropriate talent actions and initiatives for client groups
  • Bust silos within the organization to drive greater alignment and focus
  • Leverage analytics to derive actionable insights on our talent, influence key stakeholders and action meaningful change for continuous growth and improvement
  • Architect and continuously manage succession planning for the company and its functions
  • Provide thought leadership and execute on the talent strategy - creating strategy and an execution plan for all people related topics including Talent Management, Career Development, Total Rewards, Engagement Action Planning, Leadership and Employee Development, Conflict Management, Succession Planning and Workforce Planning
  • Actively contribute to the development of Global/EMEA policies, processes and procedures and be responsible for the implementation in the region
  • Provide expertise in development and execution, planning, and facilitation of employee relations efforts
  • Lead and/or support the delivery of talent projects to meet global, regional and local People team and organizational priorities
