  • In-progress bachelor's or master’s degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or other related technical fields
  • Basic understanding of Statistics and Probability
  • Basic understanding of Communication Transmission Methods
  • Exposure to Linear Algebra (Eigenvectors)
Responsibilities
  • Developing a new Transmit Beamforming Architecture
  • Reviewing existing material related to Transmit Beamforming in MIMO OFDM systems
  • Working with a Senior Systems engineer to select a subset for simulation
  • Making modifications to existing Matlab simulation to bench
  • Running simulations and collecting performance data
  • Drafting descriptive design document, and presentation for discussion with the group
Desired Qualifications
  • Matlab coding experience
  • Understanding of Statistics and Probability applied to communication signal processing
  • Understanding of Physical Layer Signal Processing including optimal detection
  • Familiarity with OFDM and MIMO systems
