- Bachelor's degree; MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
- 7+ years of experience in marketing and media strategy, preferably in a fast-paced and high-growth environment.
- Proven experience (4+ years) in managing paid media campaigns across multiple channels, including Google, Meta, programmatic platforms, and other relevant channels.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze campaign data, derive insights, and implement optimization strategies.
- Creative mindset with the ability to develop compelling messaging, ad copy, and creative assets that align with each paid media channel.
- Proficient in leveraging analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, social media analytics, Tableau) to track and measure campaign performance.
- Strong understanding of audience segmentation and targeting strategies to drive relevant traffic and maximize conversions.
- Experience with A/B testing, conversion rate optimization, and landing page optimization to improve campaign performance.
- Up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, emerging channels, and new advertising technologies in the paid media space.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, vendors, and media partners to align strategies and drive results.

- Develop and implement comprehensive paid media strategies across various channels, including but not limited to display, social media, video, and programmatic advertising.
- Manage and optimize paid media campaigns, ensuring proper audience targeting, bid management, and creative execution.
- Build relationships with internal and external partners, including Acrisure’s data science, product, creative, and analytics teams, as well as our paid media partners (e.g., Google, DSP partner, etc.) to ensure strategic alignment.
- Conduct competitive analysis to identify gaps and opportunities, and develop strategies to differentiate our brand and maximize campaign effectiveness.
- Utilize advanced analytics tools and platforms to track, measure, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide actionable recommendations and insights for the business.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging channels, and new advertising technologies to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.
