Their cloud-based platform includes tools like single sign-on (SSO), multi-factor authentication (MFA), lifecycle management, and API access management, which streamline IT operations and enhance security. Unlike many competitors, Okta focuses on a subscription-based model, allowing clients to pay recurring fees for access to their services, which ensures a steady revenue stream. The company's goal is to ensure that the right individuals have access to the right resources at the right times, addressing the growing need for security in an increasingly digital and remote work environment.
