Requirements
  • Five to seven years of experience in software implementation, customer onboarding, or professional services at SaaS or fintech companies.
  • Experience mentoring or managing a small team while maintaining direct project ownership.
  • Strong technical and accounting fluency.
  • Proven ability to manage complex client implementations end to end while balancing speed, accuracy, and customer satisfaction.
  • Ability to communicate effectively across finance, accounting, and technical stakeholders.
  • Based in New York City and available to work five days per week in the office at the Soho headquarters.
Responsibilities
  • Manage a small group of Implementation Managers by providing guidance, feedback, and development support.
  • Lead end-to-end onboarding for complex or high-impact customers, including mapping business processes, configuring Tabs, managing ERP integrations, and ensuring a smooth go-live.
  • Partner with the Head of Implementation to refine playbooks, standardize workflows, and improve internal tooling and data visibility.
  • Communicate accounting and revenue recognition concepts clearly to customers and align Tabs’ platform with clients’ accounting requirements.
  • Work closely with Product, Engineering, and Operations to surface implementation insights, identify product gaps, and help prioritize enhancements.
  • Track delivery metrics, identify blockers, and implement coaching or process changes to maintain quality, speed, and customer satisfaction.
  • Contribute to hiring, onboarding, and knowledge-sharing practices that strengthen the Implementation function.
Desired Qualifications
  • Background in accounting or finance software; CPA or Big Four experience is a plus.
  • Knowledge of ASC 606 revenue recognition, order-to-cash workflows, or ERP integrations such as NetSuite and QuickBooks is preferred.
