Functional • Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and translate them into system requirements and solutions in Workday HCM. • Configure and maintain Workday HCM module(s) including Core HCM, Payroll, Benefits, Talent Management, and Recruiting as per the client’s business processes. • Conduct gap analysis and make recommendations for improvements to existing HR processes using Workday best practices. • Assist with data migration, including data mapping, validation, and transformation from legacy systems to Workday. • Support user acceptance testing (UAT) and coordinate testing efforts with clients and stakeholders. • Develop and deliver training materials and conduct workshops to educate end users on Workday functionality
