  • Partner with international team to develop and execute international CRM strategy at each market level, and determine the right channel mix for each market
  • Partner with Marketplace team to develop and execute communication plans to help reduce diversion
  • Be a key participant and contributor to cross-functional trust and safety initiatives
  • Inspire, recruit, and develop a high performing team aligned with Rover's core values
  • Ensure OKRs (objectives and key results) directly support Rover's overall success; interact and build relationships with, and effectively influence, senior leaders on opportunities and impacts related to areas of responsibility
