  • Master's degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field
  • Minimum 6+ years of experience in Salesforce development, with at least 2 years in a leadership or lead role
  • Superior Salesforce development skills including Apex code/classes, Visualforce, Rest &Soap Api’s, LWC/Aura, JavaScript
  • Proven knowledge of out of box tools, automations, and data loader
  • Ability to understand business use cases with senior leadership and translate that into solutions on the application side
  • Proven project management skills and experience functional understanding of general financial principles
  • Leverages business and technical expertise across disciplines, demonstrating a high level of industry knowledge
  • Possess good oral and written documentation skills and be able to interact with other team members to deliver fast and reliable code
  • Preferred certifications: Salesforce Platform Developer II and Salesforce System Architect / Application Architect is a plus
Responsibilities
  • Manage the full lifecycle of Salesforce development projects, from requirements gathering to deployment and maintenance
  • Lead the design and implementation of complex Salesforce solutions, using best practices and industry standards
  • Oversee code reviews, testing, debugging, and troubleshooting of Salesforce applications
  • Ensure compliance with internally defined and industry-standard security, governance, and performance guidelines
  • Provide technical guidance and feedback to team members, and foster a culture of inclusion, learning and innovation
  • Collaborate with other engineering managers, product managers, product owners, business analysts, and end users to deliver high-value solutions to our customers, consumers, and users
  • Stay updated on the latest trends and technologies in the Salesforce ecosystem and evaluate new tools and frameworks for future adoption
  • Take full control and responsibility for finding solutions to highly ambiguous problems, and drive towards simple, but elegant solutions
  • Lead proactive initiatives to maintain and restructure scalable data models to enable key business processes
  • Review existing solutions and projects with Salesforce Architect to remediate technical debt and update critical projects
