Licensed Practical Nurse - LPN

Private Duty Caregiver

Full-Time & Part-Time Hours Available; Benefits at 30+ hrs/week

Pay Rate: $32.00 per hour

Sign On Bonus: $1,500 Sign On Bonus (Full Time Day Shift)

Shift: 8 - 12-hour day shifts, one-on-one in the patient's home. Every other weekend is required (full-time)

*Pay rate will be $30.00 per hour if candidate is not available every other weekend.

Ideal candidates:

• 2 years of in-home health care experience
• Must have every other weekend availability (Saturday and Sunday)
• Must be willing to travel up to 60 miles
• Must be willing to work in multiple homes (if applicable)

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Current license as a Licensed Practical Nurse - LPN in the state(s) of practice
• Current hands-on BLS certification and TB test
• Valid Driver's License
