Cloud GTM Recruiter

• Recruit and hire top Go-To-Market talent ensuring attainment of business hiring objectives.
• Deliver an efficient and high-touch experience for every candidate from application stage to offer, evaluating skill level, driving the interview and offer process, including reference checks, salary recommendations and closing of candidates.
• Build and executive innovative sourcing strategies that attract high-quality candidates through employee referrals, networking, internal databases, contact lists and research.
• Collaborate effectively with interview teams and all levels of management to ensure preparedness during the interview process and facilitate seamless information exchange.
• Negotiate offers to close top talent, leveraging and partnering with executive management to secure critical hires.

Minimum qualifications:

• 5 years of experience in enterprise, go-to-market or sales Recruiting for Germany.
• 3 years of recruiting experience at an agency or in-house recruiting team.
• Experience hiring for sales or go-to-market roles for a tech or similar industry.

Preferred qualifications:

• 6 years of experience in full-cycle recruiting in an agency or corporate setting.
• 6 years of experience closing candidates and negotiating compensation packages by leveraging expertise in talent acquisition.
• Experience solving problems and delivering significant impact as a contributor.
• Ability to grow customer relationship management, provide consultative skills, and work in a team environment.
• Excellent communication skills, and the ability to take initiative and build productive relationships.
• Excellent work ethic, accountability, integrity, and organizational skills with attention to detail.

In this role, you will be a key player in identifying and attracting talent to Google Cloud in Germany. You will directly support the growth and success of our Cloud Customers business in Germany, enabling them to continue leading innovation in their respective product areas. As a Recruiter, you will be responsible for proactively engaging and hiring exceptional candidates for a variety of go-to-market roles, including Cloud Sales, Client Solutions and Technical Solutions. You will collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand the specific needs of each role and develop hiring strategies to deliver for the business.
