Requirements
  • At least one year of experience in retail, hospitality, or a customer-facing role.
  • Excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities
  • Welcome all guests and take care of them from arrival through departure.
  • Provide high-quality services with a warm and friendly approach to contribute to guest satisfaction.
  • Maintain a smooth and secure environment for guests during the night.
  • Action all diary events, flags, and special requests.
  • Check and promptly pass on guest mail, messages, and parcels.
  • Perform an accurate cashiering balance at the completion of each shift.
  • Complete all audit tasks specified by the Night Auditor checklist.
  • Answer all incoming calls as promptly as possible.
  • Distribute reports.
  • Process wake-up calls.
  • Ensure necessary handover information is passed to the oncoming shift.
  • Perform any other duties requested by the manager.
