- Travel to applicable service sites every day, rotating between five hospitals.
- Backfill for field service representatives.
- Arrive on time at facilities in the appropriate uniform and check in with Environmental Services staff on arrival and departure.
- Check in and out of shifts using the company's time-tracking software.
- Keep the staging area neat and orderly and ensure delivery equipment is in working order.
- Check and service containers throughout the hospital according to the Daily Service Schedule.
- Exchange containers, load transporters with full containers, and transport full containers to the storage area to replace carts with empty containers.
- Maintain consistent communication with the Field Service Supervisor regarding container quality, issues, and service schedule status.
- Communicate periodically with nurses, nurse managers, Environmental Services managers, and other stakeholders regarding current needs.
- Provide management support for field service representatives, including addressing and resolving concerns.
- Evaluate service and provide training as needed for field service representatives.
- Provide clinical staff training for standard and premium accounts.
- Shadow representatives as needed to ensure quality service.
- Perform waste audits as needed.
- Lead or assist with customer installations.
- One or more years of previous lead experience is preferred.
