The Intel Programmable Solutions Group (PSG) has been delivering industry-leading custom logic solutions to customers since inventing the world’s first reprogrammable logic device in 1984. To expand the technology that provides us with advantages in programmable solutions, we are looking for a phenomenal intern to join our high-powered team.
Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:
Develops and documents electrical validation requirements and tests for verification of Si designs.
Investigates and resolves complex issues with hardware/firmware related to external memory interfaces (DDR).
Develops test content, test for functionality and performance on silicon and triage issues with cross functional team.
Generates validation test plans and test reports.
Length of Internship: 6+ months with the possibility to extend it as per business needs
Qualifications:
Minimum qualifications are required to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates. Experience listed below would be obtained through a combination of your schoolwork/classes/research and/or relevant previous job and/or internship experiences. This is an entry level position, and it will be compensated accordingly.
Minimum Qualifications
The candidate must be pursuing a Master’s or PhD degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering or related field.
6+ months experience in or equivalent coursework in the following areas:
Preferred Qualifications
- Signal integrity and Power integrity fundamentals
- Proficien of FPGA Architecture
- Scripting Python or TCL

Work Model for this Role
This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site. In certain circumstances the work model may change to accommodate business needs.
