Requirements
- Training in aeronautics, mechanics, or aeronautical maintenance.
- At least 4 years of confirmed experience in structural repairs.
- Good knowledge of aircraft structures.
- Good knowledge of aircraft documentation.
- Good knowledge of aircraft configuration management.
- Good command of English.
Responsibilities
- Respond to daily technical requests from airlines, maintenance, repair and overhaul organizations, and lessors for aircraft in service by telephone, email, and other channels, understanding damage details, aircraft status, request urgency, and required intervention date.
- Evaluate incoming damage reports.
- Define repair principles in compliance with airworthiness rules and customer expectations.
- Respond to customers regarding aircraft structure, including interchangeability analyses for structure, consumables, and materials, as well as inspection, repair, and replacement procedures.
- Propose and write repair solutions compliant with industry regulations and customer requirements.
- Communicate with the structural analysis department regarding any aircraft modification.
