  • Managing training of field staff on sales-related tools
  • Planning sales meetings and developing necessary workshops
  • Facilitating management-level 'train-the-trainer' sessions
  • Owning the ACADIA Selling Model
  • Assisting with field coaching, recruiting, and interviewing
  • Partnering in building a career development infrastructure
  • Managing Learning Management System and vendors
  • Ensuring field commercial employees are trained on policies and procedures
  • Developing and executing Field colleague Emerging Leaders Program
  • Working with Commercial Leadership on training initiatives
