Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 6-8 years in program management or a similar role.
  • Exposure to SaaS model of product delivery.
  • Ability to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Proficiency in data analytics.
  • Proven ability to operate effectively in a dynamic, ambiguous environment.
  • Automation experience is a plus.
  • Proven track record of partnering with engineering teams to drive improvements in tooling and automation.
  • Understanding of process engineering and optimization, including gathering, analyzing and defining business and functional requirements.
  • Excellent project management skills and proficiency in program management tools (e.g., Jira, Salesforce).
  • Strong technical background, with in-depth knowledge of cloud technologies, and web applications.
  • Exceptional communication and leadership skills, with the ability to ensure clear, concise updates for both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Demonstrated experience working cross-functionally with Engineering, Support, and Customer teams.
Responsibilities
  • Lead the response and resolution of critical incidents, ensuring timely and effective actions are taken to minimize downtime and impact on end-users.
  • Manage program timelines, identify bottlenecks, and ensure smooth workflow by maintaining close communication with cross-functional teams.
  • Use analytical skills to review program data, identify trends, and develop insights to drive decision-making. Generate reports to track key program metrics and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
  • Establish and follow proper escalation procedures to engage the right teams and resources promptly when handling complex production issues.
  • Continuously assess and enhance incident management processes and methodologies to ensure efficient and effective handling of issues.
  • Keep key stakeholders, including executives and management, informed about incidents, resolutions, and ongoing improvement efforts.
  • Work with Engineering and Support teams to ensure any program-related issues are promptly identified, documented, and resolved. Escalate critical issues when necessary.
