Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, Organizational Change Management, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience delivering organizational change management initiatives
  • Must have experience in the Public Sector or State Government Agencies
  • Demonstrated experience across key OCM disciplines, including: Change strategy development, Stakeholder engagement, Sponsorship alignment, Communication planning, Training and performance support, Organizational readiness
Responsibilities
  • Lead and execute organizational change management strategies for large, complex initiatives
  • Assess and drive stakeholder readiness to support successful adoption of enterprise systems and processes
  • Develop and implement comprehensive change management plans, including: Communication strategies, Sponsor roadmaps, Training and coaching plans, Stakeholder analysis and resistance management plans, Evaluate change impacts and organizational readiness to minimize risk, Conduct readiness assessments, surveys, and focus groups to identify adoption barriers and mitigation strategies, Provide executive-level coaching to sponsors and leadership teams, Facilitate discussions to identify bottlenecks and drive solutions that improve adoption, Develop and deliver training, communications, and engagement materials (e.g., newsletters, surveys, updates), Monitor and measure adoption, utilization, and proficiency using dashboards and reporting tools, Analyze data to provide actionable insights and recommend improvements based on best practices, Identify and address resistance and performance gaps through targeted interventions, Conduct post-implementation reviews and capture lessons learned to improve future initiatives, Support change stabilization efforts to ensure long-term success and sustainability, Facilitate project meetings and manage OCM-related tasks and deliverables
Desired Qualifications

  • Experience within a healthcare environment supporting system deployments
  • Prosci or other recognized Change Management certification
