The Role:
You will be part of the SaaS Intelligence platform team leading the core platform that powers Productiv. You will report to the Chief Product Officer. Productiv is on a mission to change SaaS management forever. We are looking for someone customer-centric, data-focused, and passionate about building products users love. You will have a career-changing opportunity, working with some of the best in the Valley to build a product that changes the way companies get value out of their SaaS products. You will partner with Engineering, Design, Customer Success, and Product Marketing to learn directly from customers, refine impactful solutions, and see the results quickly.
The US base salary range for this full-time position is $183,870 - $245,160. Our base salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities:
- Lead strategy and roadmap for your area of responsibility
- Understand user needs, identify the biggest opportunities, decide and frame these problems for the team; you lead the product roadmap for multiple areas.
- Collaborate with the team to think big, scope solutions to the smallest impactful state for validation and feedback, and execute to ship product.
- Partner with Design and Engineering teams to provide simple, intuitive user experiences.
- Define and analyze product metrics that inform customer engagement and success.
- Communicate for transparency and alignment across the business.
Requirements:
- 7+ years experience in a Product Management role leading a product or a product line
- Partner with cross-functionally to lead your product area
- Ability to understand complex technical concepts and communicate them with diverse audiences
- Deep curiosity with a need to understand “why” - a person with “strong opinions, loosely held.”
- Strong organizational, analytical, and creative problem-solving skills
- Passion for thinking through and solving customer problems
- Experience building user-facing enterprise products, building products for IT, and working at growth-stage startups are a plus
- A minimum of Bachelors degree in computer science, mathematics, data science/ML, or related fields
