Requirements
  • Strong computer and internet research skills and proficiency in Google Workspace.
  • Professionalism in all interactions with patients and staff.
  • Ability to work with management, staff, patients, and vendors.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States and provide documentation, such as two forms of identification and/or a Green Card.
  • Ability to sit and stand for extended periods of up to four hours.
  • Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 25 pounds.
  • Ability to kneel, bend, and squat.
Responsibilities
  • Provide clerical support to Camden Center staff and maintain an organized work environment.
  • Greet visitors, direct them to appropriate offices, and serve as the point of contact for office maintenance and care.
  • Answer phones, transfer calls, and take detailed messages, distinguishing urgent messages from routine calls.
  • Maintain inventory of office supplies, snacks, drinks, and clinical supplies; place orders and restock as needed.
  • Handle the company credit card responsibly, record approved purchases, and manage monthly spending within budget.
  • Maintain records of office furniture, art, and other furnishings.
  • Communicate and delegate with repair vendors regarding necessary office repairs.
  • Compose professional emails to patients, staff, and associates using correct grammar and vocabulary.
  • Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and judgment.
  • Follow HIPAA regulations, requirements, and guidelines.
  • Organize patient files and information in the medical records database and Google Drive.
  • Complete patient intakes and upload documents to the electronic medical record.
  • Maintain cleanliness and upkeep of common areas and therapy offices, personally or by delegating tasks to subordinates.
  • Prioritize multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and maintain attention to detail.
  • Collect samples and prepare urinalysis screenings for laboratory testing.
  • Conduct COVID-19 rapid testing for patients or staff as needed.
  • Distribute medication and take patients' vital signs and weight.
  • Recruit and train employees; plan, assign, and direct work; appraise performance; reward and discipline employees; manage crises; and address complaints and resolve problems.
  • Assist with supervising administrative assistants.
