Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • 6–7 years of hands-on experience as a D365 F&O Technical Consultant.
  • Strong knowledge of X++, SSRS, Power Platform, and Data Entities.
  • Experience with Azure DevOps, LCS, and integration tools (OData, REST API, Logic Apps).
  • Good understanding of Finance, Supply Chain, and Project Management modules.
  • Experience in handling UAT, end-user training, and customer communication.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
  • Work closely with functional consultants and business users to understand requirements and deliver effective technical solutions.
  • Develop, customize, and maintain D365 F&O components including forms, reports, workflows, and integrations.
  • Perform code reviews, troubleshoot system issues, and ensure adherence to best practices and Microsoft standards.
  • Handle implementation and support projects, including requirement gathering, design, build, testing, deployment, and post-Go Live activities.
  • Coordinate with end customers during UAT and address technical issues promptly.
  • Conduct user training sessions and prepare technical documentation for solutions delivered.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless solution delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Support data migration, performance optimization, and version upgrades as needed.
