Requirements
  • 10+ years in sales, including 7+ years in home product (or related CPG) sales with major retailers (mass merchants, home improvement, warehouse clubs, e-commerce, specialty, co-ops, etc.)
  • Strong knowledge of omnichannel strategies, online merchandising, analytics, and digital advertising
  • Proven ability to develop and manage high-impact partnerships with retail and e-commerce accounts
  • Ability to interpret sales data, forecast trends, and make data-driven decisions
  • Exceptional presentation, negotiation, and cross-functional collaboration skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant sales tools
  • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA is a plus
Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to exceed sales targets (revenue, gross margin, and product units) across national retail and e-commerce accounts
  • Cultivate strong relationships with key retail and digital partners, ensuring brand consistency and optimal placement
  • Leverage insights to enhance online sales, merchandising, and marketing strategies
  • Monitor industry trends, consumer behavior, and competitive activity to inform business decisions
  • Work closely with engineering, marketing, independent sales representatives and sales support to develop tailored product proposals and promotional strategies
  • Create and execute an annual roadmap for category success, identifying new opportunities for growth
