Responsibilities
  • Partner with leadership to create a strategic roadmap for the Nylas Connectivity Suite, which includes Email, Calendar, and Contacts.
  • Work closely with cross-departmental teams to ensure timely, high-quality product launches.
  • Maintain comprehensive product documentation and coordinate with product marketing to effectively communicate new products and features internally and externally.
  • Gather and analyze product feedback, engage with customers, and conduct closed beta programs with key partners to inform product direction and prioritize initiatives.
  • Conduct research and validate assumptions to make informed product decisions, even when data is incomplete.
