Requirements
  • 3+ years of call center or customer service related experience
  • Experience managing multiple, concurrent work streams, with an emphasis for details
  • Adept technical ability. You are comfortable navigating multiple screens, using multiple systems, and creating your own shortcuts
  • Prior use of data analysis, in an operations setting
  • Experience working in a fraud / risk department or similar
Responsibilities
  • Conduct in-depth case reviews to promote safe and compliant trading on the site
  • Navigate appeals through multiple channels for actions taken across assigned work types
  • Discover and identify fraud trends and present opportunities for stronger results and regulation
  • Handle escalations per request of leadership
