  • Work effectively with engineering, machine learning, design, and customer success teams and synthesize multidisciplinary input into coherent product direction in an agile environment.
  • Communicate complex information clearly in writing and verbally to executives, clients, and internal teams.
Responsibilities
  • Develop, refine, and execute the product roadmap with the CEO, aligning it with company strategy and client needs.

  • Track product and engineering work in progress, including ownership, timelines, and paused, delayed, or blocked work.
  • Monitor industry trends and competitor products, particularly in artificial intelligence and business-to-business software as a service.

  • Establish usage analytics and behavioural data to track adoption and surface friction, and build workflows to analyze and act on it.
  • Use user research and testing to validate legibility, usability, and workflow fit.
  • Define success metrics and evaluation timelines for bets that cannot be validated upfront, then assess performance against evidence after deployment.
  • Organize and run internal alpha and beta testing and external testing where possible.
  • Partner with Customer Success to recruit proxy users and surface friction, workflow issues, and pain points for execution and prioritization.
  • Partner with the artificial intelligence team to ensure artificial intelligence features are useful, understandable, and aligned with user needs.
  • Track and document the specific behaviours and styles built into Co-Analyst responses.
  • Support adapting Co-Analyst to the needs of specific external organizations.
  • Build and formalize the product function, including agile processes, roadmapping systems, and prioritization frameworks.

  • Grow and mentor a high-performing product team as the company scales.
  • Act as the primary link between product, engineering, machine learning, design, customer success, and research.

  • Facilitate cross-team workshops and strengthen pre-sprint and in-sprint communication.
Desired Qualifications
  • Experience in threat intelligence, risk analysis, geopolitical intelligence, or other highly regulated or security-sensitive environments such as government or defence.
