Requirements
  • College diploma in Hotel Management, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum of 5 years in sales management
  • Strong understanding of hotel revenue management
  • Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills to meet the expectations of a high-end clientele
  • Maintain a professional appearance and demonstrate maturity and integrity at all times, including during external representations of the hotel
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Organized, thorough, and resourceful

Responsibilities
  • Lead sales activities to achieve individual, group, and overall revenue targets
  • Manage, train, and motivate the sales team while ensuring the achievement of individual goals
  • Develop and monitor sales and marketing plans in alignment with the hotel’s strategy
  • Actively prospect new markets and grow key accounts
  • Maximize sales across all hotel revenue streams (rooms, banquets, etc.)
  • Analyze performance, market trends, and opportunities to optimize sales strategies
  • Ensure coordination between sales, operations, and other departments to guarantee service excellence
  • Oversee the use of sales tools and systems (Opera, Golden, CRM, etc.)
  • Ensure compliance with Four Seasons operational standards in sales and marketing
  • Develop local initiatives to enhance the hotel's visibility and brand image
  • Manage pricing, availability, and allocation of rooms and event spaces
  • Support the Director of Marketing in establishing action and performance plans
  • Drive sales performance reporting and ensure rigorous follow-up
  • Manage sales budgets and control costs related to commercial activities
  • Support the commercial director in all projects
  • Support the sales and catering team in all operations aspects
  • Ensure the hotel sales presence in different markets with proactivity in networking and prospecting
  • Foster a collaborative and positive work environment that supports performance and professional growth
