Requirements
  • At least 5 years of work experience in product management, ideally including financial services and B2B software-as-a-service experience.
  • Familiarity with data-oriented and highly technical products, with willingness to deepen technical understanding.
  • Experience building critical, high-availability systems is strongly preferred.
  • Ability to communicate effectively in writing and verbally, build trust, and influence decisions across functions.
  • A track record of delivering lasting customer impact through well-considered product improvements.
  • Ability and willingness to use data to inform decision-making.
  • The role requires a hands-on, curious approach and willingness to grow the scope of responsibilities over time.
Responsibilities
  • Own the strategy and long-term success of a critical pillar of the platform.
  • Develop a deep understanding of customer needs, the competitive landscape, and opportunities for differentiation in collaboration with customer-facing teams.
  • Translate customer insights into well-considered product requirements.
  • Define a long-term vision for the product area and prioritize the product roadmap needed to achieve it.
  • Balance innovation with a high reliability standard.
  • Track product performance through metrics and user feedback, and identify opportunities for iteration.
  • Work closely with engineering to balance the demands of a rapidly growing customer base.
  • Collaborate with design to define data-driven workflow authoring for an agent-first environment.
Desired Qualifications
  • Basic SQL proficiency is strongly preferred.
  • Financial services and B2B software-as-a-service experience are ideally desired.
  • Experience building critical, high-availability systems is a strong plus.
