Requirements
  • BS/BA degree (or equivalent) with approximately 4 years of experience in a related field
  • Strong understanding of federal government business operations and work processes
  • Ability to support project teams and program managers and provide daily execution of assigned work functions
  • Experience providing management support to collect, evaluate and test financial data for recurring departmental processes and reviews, with the ability to summarize issues and findings clearly
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Experience conducting periodic reconciliation reviews of external interfaces with various field offices to identify and correct data gaps, financial discrepancies and errors
  • Experience working with a variety of information technology systems to provide multi-functional Enterprise Services Staff Support Services
  • Experience providing acquisition support for all bureaus with functional areas including information technology, financial management, human resources, program management, economic analysis, executive support and administrative support
  • Advanced experience with Microsoft Office Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook
  • Strong presentation skills and ability to communicate effectively orally and in writing to support standard Department services
  • Consecutive employment in a position with comparable responsibilities in the past five years
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Products (Word/Excel/PowerPoint) and related tools and technology; ability to communicate via email
  • Work products to be thorough, accurate, appropriately documented and compliant with established criteria
  • Candidate to ensure duties performed competently and professionally meeting milestones/delivery schedules
  • Bachelor's degree required with at least three years of work experience in presenting and delivering reports
  • U.S. Citizenship Required
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher, & Adobe)
  • All staff to be eligible for Facility Access Authorization
Responsibilities
  • Coordinate communications within cross-organizational units for the HRSM engagement
  • Create and deliver content via PowerPoint presentations, memos, email, blogs, social media, brochures, newsletters, and other publications
  • Develop and execute communication plans and style guides
  • Review communications from technical subject matter experts and provide graphic visualizations
  • Support requirements for Program Support
  • Support project teams and program managers and provide daily execution of assigned work functions
  • Provide acquisition support across bureaus with functions including information technology, financial management, human resources, program management, economic analysis, executive support and administrative support
  • Work with a variety of information technology systems to provide Enterprise Services Staff Support Services
  • Demonstrate strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • Conduct periodic reconciliation reviews of external interfaces with field offices to identify and correct data gaps, financial discrepancies and errors
  • Maintain strong presentation and communication skills to support standard services across the Department
  • Travel as coordinated with technical point of contact in advance and in accordance with Federal Travel Regulations
  • Operate at CONUS/OCONUS locations in Washington, DC
