Requirements
  • Strong experience in property or corporate real estate/facilities management.
  • Proficiency with CMMS systems and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Knowledge of QA, OH&S, and environmental systems.
  • Sound financial management skills, including invoicing and budget tracking.
  • High School Certificate or equivalent; formal qualifications in building/facilities management preferred.
Responsibilities
  • Serve as the first point of contact for the management office and client stakeholders.
  • Manage and delegate maintenance requests, ensuring KPIs and contract requirements are met.
  • Support the Account Manager and Facilities Managers with administrative, financial, and procurement tasks.
  • Ensure compliance with OHS&E policies, safety standards, and sustainability practices.
  • Oversee service contracts, subcontractors, and regular site inspections.
  • Maintain CMMS records, documentation, and monthly reports.
  • Manage mailroom operations and distribution of access cards/ASICs.
  • Coordinate training requirements and follow up on compliance tasks nationally.
  • Provide backfill support across sites as required, including occasional after-hours response.
  • Capture and distribute meeting notes, action items, and key decisions effectively.
Desired Qualifications
  • Exposure to building services maintenance, tendering, and subcontract documentation.
  • Flexibility, multitasking, and strong report-writing skills.
  • First Aid Certificate and additional qualifications in environmental legislation/systems.
