Requirements
  • High school diploma and four years of related education (business, accounting or relevant work experience)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Powerpoint)
  • Payroll processing experience including relevant regulatory requirements; internal policy and procedure; accounting practices; system software requirements
  • Proven SAP/S4 experience
  • Knowledge of FLSA, Federal State Laws
  • The ability to perform basic payroll calculations
  • Fundamentals of payroll certificate (within first 12 months completion requirement)
  • Certified payroll professional certificate (within first 18 months completion requirement)
Responsibilities
  • Support weekly and bi weekly ad hoc payroll processing
  • Load supplemental pay file upon request
  • Identify and resolve errors during processing
  • Validate regression testing and coordinate through error resolution
  • Support SAP files loads
  • Generate basic Ad hoc query requests
  • Work closely with management in preparation for compliance audits and other projects as needed
