Requirements
  • Highly analytical: Strong analytical skills, including fluency with Microsoft Excel and BI / Product Analytics tools like Looker, Tableau and Amplitude. Knowledge of SQL is strongly preferred but not required.
  • Intellectually rigorous: Strong first principles thinker and someone who is able to drive efficient and rigorous analysis, research and insight generation while building hypotheses and an action plan to tackle challenges.
  • Able to build great systems, processes and ways of working: Ability to solve complex business problems, create and bring the team along on new ways of working, and build scalable processes.
  • Excellent communicator: Excellent communication skills to distill complex thoughts and strategies into simple, actionable recommendations.
  • Highly collaborative and strong team player with high empathy: Ability to build trust with empathy while managing cross-functional relationships. Experience working closely with functional leaders to solve challenging business problems and credibly present and debate recommendations with both cross-functional peers and senior leadership is a must.
  • Ownership mentality: Strong bias towards action and results-oriented ownership mentality with the ability to exhibit good judgment in ambiguous situations with imperfect data. We’re looking for someone who is a “learn it all” vs. a “know it all” in this role.
Responsibilities
  • Work cross-functionally with go-to-market and product stakeholders to define and implement strategy across all Practice Better products, driving increased value to our users and our business.
  • Wear many hats as the Practice Better team grows and we create new functions or build out existing functional areas - you may find yourself leading Talent Operations for a quarter or building Product Operations and processes in another quarter.
  • Lead Practice Better’s growth through our next S Curve as the GM of our future vertical and product category growth opportunities, driving massive revenue and growth impact for our business and product.
  • Structure complex, ambiguous strategic problems for the Practice Better leadership team, defining clear hypotheses and building business cases and quantitative models that will inform and influence our approach - individually and with teams.
  • Lead the definition and management of key drivers of business performance, identifying areas of opportunity and incorporating them into your work.
  • Deeply understand Practice Better customers and the broader competitive market landscape to uncover insights that inform your recommendations.
