Role Summary:
We are seeking a Solution Product Operations Lead (POL) to join our dynamic team. The Solution POL will play a critical role in delivering operational support for the deployment and ongoing development of our emerging and continually maturing products. This position involves collaborating with various stakeholders from local to regional to national health systems, ensuring that our solutions are tailored to meet their unique operational needs. The ideal candidate will possess domain expertise in clinical workflows and industry best practices, enabling them to address complex challenges with innovative solutions.
What You’ll Do:
Provide operational support throughout the deployment and ongoing enhancement of our product, ensuring it meets diverse customer needs and expectations.
Engage with a variety of customers, from healthcare organizations of varying sizes, understanding their specific operational contexts and challenges.
Collaborate with Delivery team members to tailor the Notable solution for unique customer situations in innovative and nonstandard ways that enhance overall effectiveness.
Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation that supports customer workflows and serve as a subject matter expert for the assigned solution.
Monitor and assess the performance of the deployed solution, offering key insights regarding daily operation and areas for improvement.
Communicate effectively with stakeholders, delivering updates and essential information clearly to a wide range of audiences.
