Responsibilities
  • Provide operational support throughout the deployment and ongoing enhancement of our product, ensuring it meets diverse customer needs and expectations.
  • Engage with a variety of customers, from healthcare organizations of varying sizes, understanding their specific operational contexts and challenges.
  • Collaborate with Delivery team members to tailor the Notable solution for unique customer situations in innovative and nonstandard ways that enhance overall effectiveness.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation that supports customer workflows and serve as a subject matter expert for the assigned solution.
  • Monitor and assess the performance of the deployed solution, offering key insights regarding daily operation and areas for improvement.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders, delivering updates and essential information clearly to a wide range of audiences.
