Responsibilities
  • Develop and manage processes and procedures to optimize inventory control for all Budderfly core solutions
  • Maintain and ensure product levels are adequate to satisfy demand to fulfill customer sites to support the operations teams
  • Accurate entry of daily purchase order receipts while collaborating with procurement team for outstanding purchase orders
  • Detailed purchase order receiving documentation for inbound damage and freight claim reporting/tracking
  • Damage tracking and claim processing for all Budderfly core solutions
  • Accurate validation, receipt entry, reporting, and documentation for return material authorizations
  • Planning, execution, reconciliation, and reporting of the yearly physical inventory leading a team while being onsite and overseeing the process start to finish
  • Develop and execute a rotating schedule to complete routine cycle counts of inventory for all Budderfly core solutions
  • Track drop shipments and special-order product information, collaborating with both the procurement and fulfillment teams when received
  • Develop processes to provide reporting for items below safety stock levels, collaborating with the procurement team to ensure inventory levels are maintained
  • Complete transfer processes for all consignment locations
  • Maintain a log and compile reports for all inventory adjustments
  • Additional duties as required
