Responsibilities
  • Execute the full-cycle recruitment process, ensuring a high-quality and top-notch candidate experience
  • Effectively interview candidates to determine fit in relation to role requirements while serving as the primary point of contact throughout the recruitment process
  • Act as a recruiting consultant to business partners on hiring strategies, sourcing strategies, and initiatives aimed at helping us hire quality talent at scale
  • Establish effective communication flows with key stakeholders regarding recruiting efforts by providing status updates through meetings, email updates, and reports
  • Ensure that candidate tracking is up to date and compliant in Greenhouse
  • Develop pipelines of candidates in niche areas as determined by business needs
  • Track goals, metrics, and performance of all recruiting efforts
  • Find ways to continue to raise the bar for Charlie Health’s recruiting efforts
