  • TS/SCI clearance
  • Minimum 8 years of total experience as an intelligence analyst within the DoD or Intelligence Community
  • Minimum 3 years of specific experience in OSINT/PAI exploitation directly supporting special operations, intelligence operations, kinetic/non-kinetic targeting, and/or HUMINT lead development (experience with traditional/legacy OSINT duties such as reviewing, translating, and/or reporting on feeds from domestic or foreign PAI, social media, or news sources will not be considered equivalent experience)
  • Minimum 2 years of experience with digital signature reduction
  • Advanced proficiency in the current suite of available all-source intelligence tools, databases, and repositories, as well as analytic and targeting methodology
  • Advanced proficiency with the current suite of available OSINT/PAI tools, databases, and repositories, as well as OSINT research and methodology, and a strong understanding of the digital information environment (including social media, the internet, commercially available data, and deep/dark web data sources)
  • Advanced understanding of OSINT/PAI authorities, regulations, and policy
  • Superior written communications skills and proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite
  • Superior verbal briefing skills with demonstrated history of briefing at the O5/GS-14 level or above
Responsibilities
  • OSINT Analysts are responsible for conducting advanced collection, Processing, Exploitation, Dissemination (PED), reporting, and targeting using publicly available and commercially available data sources.
  • Analysts interface with the Intelligence Community to produce intelligence assessments in support of special operations, targeting, HUMINT and exploitation operations, cyber operations, and indications and warnings threat estimates.
