  • Experience directly handling escrow transactions as an escrow assistant preferable

  • Knowledge of MS Office suite and ability to adapt to new software applications

Responsibilities
  • Complete real estate escrow transactions by determining requirements
  • Act as a neutral liaison between file parties and monitor risk
  • Ensure proper accounting and disbursement of funds
  • Prepare reports on the status of escrow accounts
  • Examine property titles, mortgages, and trust deed documents
  • Prepare legal documents for sale closure
  • Complete closing by recording and filing documents
