About The Role
This role reports to the CEO. EliseAI is looking for a Director of Business Development & Partnerships to develop and own relationships with key partners during our high-growth stage. Your efforts will play a pivotal role in shaping our growth trajectory, enabling us to reach new markets and enhance our product offerings. By forging strong partnerships, you’ll help drive our mission forward, ensuring that we continue to innovate and provide value to our clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, evaluate, and execute strategic partnership opportunities aligned with EliseAI’s business objectives.
- Develop and implement partnership strategies to drive growth, enhance products, and expand market reach.
- Negotiate and secure high-value partnerships, managing agreements to ensure successful outcomes.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term partner relationships, ensuring mutual value.
- Collaborate with product, marketing, and sales teams for seamless integration and execution of partnership initiatives.
- Track and analyze partnership performance to optimize collaboration and identify growth opportunities.
- Conduct market research to identify potential partners and stay informed about industry trends.
- Attract top-tier talent to join our driven team
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in business development, strategic partnerships, investment banking, venture capital, or other relevant
- Excellent negotiation and relationship management skills, with the ability to foster long-term collaborations.
- Strong analytical skills to make data-driven decisions.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to take ownership, be autonomous, and thrive in working in a fast-paced environment
- Willing to work in person at NYC headquarters 4-5 days a week

Job Compensation Range:
The salary range for this role is $180,000 - $250,000. EliseAI offers a competitive total rewards package which includes base salary, equity, and a comprehensive benefits & perks package. Exact compensation is determined based on a number of factors including experience, skill level, location and qualifications which are assessed during the interview process. Additional details about total compensation and benefits will be provided by our Recruiting Team during the hiring process.
