Requirements
  • 5+ years of planning, general operations, or similar experience
  • Excellence with planning and project management frameworks
  • Robust analytical and modeling skills
  • Superb written communication and presentation capabilities
  • Strong sense for sequencing, prioritization, and project management
  • Experience in a high-growth SaaS environment
Responsibilities
  • Work closely with the Client Strategy leadership team to ensure that the appropriate strategic priorities are set and achieved in order to unlock the efficiency gains that are built into our models
  • Work with Finance to build, maintain, and adhere to a comprehensive and bottoms-up budget that optimizes investment to achieve our revenue and profitability targets
  • Model efficiency gains from new product investment, process optimizations, and automation and how they impact department-wide hiring over time
  • Own our operating and headcount model
  • Work closely with Finance and Recruiting to effectively manage towards our hiring targets
  • Run the end-to-end OKR setting process for Client Strategy, partnering with Sales, Finance, and Leadership to set ambitious but achievable targets across GTM and non-GTM teams alike
  • Own the variable compensation process for the Client Strategy organization, ensuring it incentivizes the right behaviors and aligns with our department and company's objectives
