Requirements
  • Availability to work Pacific Time Zone or Mountain Time Zone business hours.
  • Prior provider-facing healthcare experience or a degree in a healthcare-related field is strongly preferred.
  • Experience conducting or administering academic or clinical research is strongly preferred.
  • Prior customer service, concierge, or client-relations experience is a plus.
  • Strong research and analytical skills, including the ability to synthesize information across medical specialties.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Ability to collaborate and communicate effectively across clinical, research, and operations teams.
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity, solve complex problems, and continuously improve work processes.
  • Comfort with technology and process optimization.
Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain PHM’s proprietary database of elite healthcare providers, ensuring depth, accuracy, and clinical relevance.
  • Expand PHM’s provider network through research, evaluation, and relationship development.
  • Support technology-enabled processes that streamline provider management, insurance verification, and patient access.
  • Review provider credentials and healthcare programs using PHM’s evaluation criteria.
  • Partner with clinical, research, and operations teams to translate provider insights into actionable recommendations.
  • Research and identify high-quality providers across medical specialties.
  • Evaluate providers and programs in collaboration with clinical and research partners.
  • Use and improve internal tools and workflows to enhance provider data quality and operational efficiency.
  • Ensure provider intelligence is accessible, accurate, and actionable for cross-functional teams.
  • Contribute ideas and process improvements as PHM scales.
