Requirements
  • 3+ years of relevant experience in a Solution/Sales Engineering role at an Enterprise SaaS company, including success in an early-stage environment
  • strong technical expertise, including a deep understanding of APIs, and can think quickly in complex data flow discussions, as well as various methods of data integration and exchange
  • natural problem solver, skilled at overcoming obstacles with a solutions-oriented approach
  • exceptional communication and presentation skills that resonate with diverse audiences.
Responsibilities
  • You will partner with Enterprise Account Executives to successfully navigate complex, multi-stakeholder deal cycles with leading insurance carriers and modern benefits software companies.
  • You will own the technical requirements process, ensuring Noyo’s solutions are precisely tailored to customer needs and drive outstanding results.
  • You will act as a trusted advisor, translating complex technical concepts into clear, actionable insights for both technical and non-technical stakeholders, demonstrating how Noyo’s solutions solve their key challenges.
  • You will guide stakeholders through Noyo’s security protocols and cybersecurity tools, instilling confidence and trust in our platform.
  • You will manage and optimize the demo environment, configuring product demonstrations to highlight Noyo’s value, while creating technical content that resonates with prospects.
  • You will collaborate across sales, product, marketing, and engineering teams, using customer feedback to drive continuous improvements in products and processes that lead to greater success.
