Requirements
- You have at least 5-7 years of experience working in marketing operations or operations
- You have an understanding of B2B marketing (online, offline, ABM) and have experience building and maintaining automation systems
- You are organised and driven by deliverables
- You are an experienced project manager and used to working with people from different background
- You have a demonstrated ability to use data to drive decision making
- You are comfortable both working operationally in the tools and formalising high level frameworks
Responsibilities
- Defining the marketing operations strategy and roadmap and growing a high-performing Marketing Operations team
- Owning and managing our marketing tech stack, including market research, evaluation, selection, implementation and customization to meet the needs of the marketing department
- Managing marketing tooling budget and vendor relationship
- Communicating regularly on marketing KPIs and provide insights on opportunities for growth
- Working closely with our Marketing analytics team to ensure the marketing team have access to the insights on the campaigns they run
- Working closely with our Marketing Enablement team to ensure processes and tools are documented and the marketing team are fully trained
- Maintaining and improving our lead process to ensure that marketing leads are shared and managed by the lead gen teams
- Tracking and report on the whole marketing funnel
- Understand the processes and flow of data throughout the tooling architecture to quickly diagnose and solve problems experienced by the marketing and sales teams
- Build strong relationships with the marketing team to support their vision
- Build strong relationship with other Ops functions within Dataikuand the Lead Gen team
Desired Qualifications
- You have experience with marketing automation tools and marketing technology - if you have experience using Hubspot, Salesforce, Tableau
