Senior Wealth Strategy Associate

We’re looking for a Senior Wealth Strategy Associate to:

• Assist a leading Advisor in client conversations, providing analytic information and aiming to understand the client’s goals
• Develop customized asset allocation strategies and investment solutions for clients
• Provide support for client relationship building and business development activities
• Perform business analytics as needed to support financial advisors in the growth of the business
• Analyze and interpret portfolio performance reviews and make recommendations to financial advisors for potential change

Detailed salary information:
• Boston: the salary range for this role is $75000 to $100000
• Wellesley: the salary range for this role is $70000 to $92000
The expected salary range(s) for this role as of the date of this posting is/are based on factors including, but not limited to, experience, qualifications, education, location and skill level. You’ll be working as part of Wealth Management Americas- International Division. We help high net worth and ultra-high net worth individuals and families meet their financial goals through financial advisors who deliver products and services specifically designed for them.

With over 25 years of experience both in Asia and in the United States, the Guo Group is a global wealth management practice serving domestic and global citizens.

Your expertise

• Series 7 and 66 licensed
• CFP Designated
• Ideally 8+ years of experience in client service, within the finance sector
• Bachelor's degree, Masters preferred
• Excellent communicator, with top-notch interpersonal skills
• Analytical and logical (you can solve problems like nobody’s business)
• Organized, self-starter, who works well under pressure
• Team Player
