Responsibilities
  • Support day-to-day HR and recruiting operations, including process documentation, data entry, and file management.
  • Assist with new hire onboarding tasks such as preparing paperwork, updating checklists, and coordinating with IT for equipment and access.
  • Help source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, and our ATS (Jobvite).
  • Schedule interviews and coordinate calendars across hiring teams and candidates.
  • Conduct research and assist with projects related to process improvement, DEI, and recruitment marketing.
  • Help maintain recruiting and HR reports and trackers.
  • Provide administrative support to the HR and Recruiting team as needed.
